Healthy Sev / Omapodi

How many of you crave for snack when the clock hits 5 in the evening.. I sure do.. I definitely have to munch something with my hot cup of coffee.. love my coffee, I have it very rarely but when I do, I make THE perfect cup.. :) Who does not love their coffee ?

Couple of days before , I came across this recipe in spoonfulofdelight , and bookmarked it right away.. I could not believe my eyes for a while ... a chat recipe with no oil required for preparation.. WOW.  I only made the sev from the recipe for now.. will make the complete chat very soon.. this sev itself would surprise u..

Ingredients

Noodles - 1 cake
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilli Powder - a pinch
Salt - as required

Preparation

  • Break the noodles , as in crush into small noodles
  • Heat a saucepan on low heat , throw these raw noodles in it...  add turmeric , chilli powder and salt.. keep sauting until you smell it to be cooked .. It took <5 mins
  • Transfer it to a plate immediately.. it gets burnt on hot pans..

Tips & Tricks

1) Adjust ur spice level, the spicier the better it tasted.
2) I used Top Ramen
