Couple of days before , I came across this recipe in spoonfulofdelight , and bookmarked it right away.. I could not believe my eyes for a while ... a chat recipe with no oil required for preparation.. WOW. I only made the sev from the recipe for now.. will make the complete chat very soon.. this sev itself would surprise u..
Ingredients
Noodles - 1 cake
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilli Powder - a pinch
Salt - as required
Preparation
- Break the noodles , as in crush into small noodles
- Heat a saucepan on low heat , throw these raw noodles in it... add turmeric , chilli powder and salt.. keep sauting until you smell it to be cooked .. It took <5 mins
- Transfer it to a plate immediately.. it gets burnt on hot pans..
Tips & Tricks
1) Adjust ur spice level, the spicier the better it tasted.
2) I used Top Ramen
