I was wondering to host a event for a while.. I think now is just the perfect time to start one.. As I could solely benefit from the harvest.. Ramadhan is a time when I don't try new recipes, I just stick to "Tried and Tested" ones.. We want good , tasty food when we break the fast each day.. So, I was wondering if u guys would add ur experience to my table this year.. Hope you all will really support with my very first event and trigger my energy to even host any in the future.. :)
And of course the theme is food.. I haven't picked a name yet.. Event will be live on first day of Ramadhan.. Just giving u all a heads up.. :)
Now lets get to this recipe.. I came across this innovative recipe in Srav's Culinary Concepts . I bookmarked it right away but did take a while to try my hands on it.. very busy :)
I was so impressed with the results.. so appetizing, filling.. it could almost be served as a breakfast.. And of course I personalized it to my taste.. well guys, what can I say.. u just have to try em' to taste em' .

I too had spotted this recipe and wanted to try. But alas, with so many other commitments I hardly get the time to do anything from my pending list. Now that you too vouched for it, I'll try it for Iftar. Btw the Iftar ideas sounds lovely. Looking forward to it!
oh, so creative and the cutlet looks delicious too..love to try this sometime..thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much Mehjabeen for taking a look at my recipes & for all your lovely comments. As for your query regarding cake flour, it is slightly different from all-purpose flour. Good for cakes & cookies for tender and delicate texture. As it is not easily available here, I used all-purpose flour. To substitute it, use ( 1 cup minus 2 tbsp ) of all-purpose flour. Hope this helps :)
Very innovative...Cutlets looks so yummy.
